Continental U.S. Shipping Rates

Please note: Orders CANNOT be modified, cancelled, or changed after checkout.

• Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days after shipping.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Processing and shipments occur Mon.-Fri. with the exception of Holidays.
• Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation for your order along with a tracking number.

*We ask that you please check your mailing address to ensure that it has been entered correctly. If your items are returned to us as undeliverable due to having the incorrect mailing address, you will be charged for us to ship it a second time. If the items aren’t received due to an incorrect mailing address we will not be responsible.

*During the Holiday season expect some delays in processing and shipping times due to an increase in volume.

*Ivory Rose is NOT responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen once they have shipped out. If your tracking information states that your order was delivered and you have not received it you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
