Refund policy
While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Ivory Rose we do understand that sometimes an item may not work out. Please review our return policy below.
- Returns for online orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchanges can be done at our storefront location only.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery to process a store credit.
- The item(s) being returned must be in it's original condition. This means no tears, snags, stains, perfume smells, smoke smells, makeup, pet hair, etc.
- Online orders will receive an Ivory Rose E-Gift Card via email once the return is processed.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.
- Include the purchase receipt that was in your package with your order information on it to ensure proper credit.
- Final sale items will not be eligible for returns. See below for specifics.
- All purchases using a discount code of 30% or more are also considered a Final Sale.
- Exchanges can be processed in store only.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box. The box must be shipped back in a ship-safe bag/box. Note: If any shipping label is placed directly on the product box or shipped back without the original box, then the item WILL NOT be eligible for a return.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless there was an error on our part in which we will have to give approval before a credit will be issued.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items will include but are not limited to jewelry, sunglasses, hats, bralettes, and bodysuits (for hygiene purposes) in addition to other specified items. Those items will be noted on the product page where the item is selected for purchase. Purchases from a pop-up sale will also be final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care at Ivoryroseboutique@att.net within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our headquarters is attempted.
Return Instructions
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS or UPS
- Please include the packing slip with your return. This has your information and order number on it.
- Please wrap the item(s) in some kind of paper to protect it during shipment.
- No prior authorization is required, simply return item within 14 days of delivery to:

Refunds
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we've received the item(s). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an E-Gift Card via email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the original sales receipt or all of the information from the receipt to process your return.
